Intermediate Round

Participants must submit a complete project documentation package demonstrating the development, implementation, and functionality of their project. The submission should provide sufficient technical and visual evidence for the organizers and judges to understand, evaluate, and verify the project.

Submissions will be evaluated based on: - Problem understanding - Quality and completeness of the solution - Innovation and originality - Technical implementation - Functionality and working demonstration - UI/UX and user experience - Code quality and project structure - Real-world applicability - Scalability and future potential - Quality of documentation and presentation

Judges will review the submitted project materials and evaluate the project based on its technical implementation, innovation, functionality, usability, documentation, and practical impact. The demo video and presentation should clearly demonstrate the working solution. The codebase should be sufficiently organized for technical verification.

1.Create one Google Drive folder containing all required project materials. 2.Set the folder access to “Anyone with the link – Viewer.” 3.Submit the Google Drive folder link as your final submission. 4.Make sure every file inside the folder can be opened without requesting additional access. 5.All submitted work must be original and created by the participant/team. 6.The project must be clearly explained through the presentation and demo video. 7.The submitted codebase must match the project demonstrated in the video. 8.Do not remove or change files after submission in a way that makes the submitted project inaccessible. 9.Plagiarism or misleading information may result in disqualification. 10.Organizers may request clarification or additional information if required.

One Google Drive folder is mandatory. The folder must contain the following: 1.
